Q: What are the next steps after submitting my inquiry?
A: We move fast so you can get back to party planning! Once you hit submit, here is what happens:
Availability Check: We’ll review your date and details immediately.
Custom Quote: You’ll receive a follow-up email (usually within 24 hours) with a tailored quote and a link to your Booking Agreement.
Secure the Date: Simply review the agreement and submit your 50% booking fee. Once that's done, your artist is officially locked in and your date is secured on our calendar!
Q: Can I modify the details of my inquiry after submission?
Yes, if you need to update or add information to your submitted form, please send us an email at j9defu@riseandshinefacepainting.com with the necessary changes.

Packages starting at $325
Classic Solo (2 Hours) — $325 Perfect for standard birthdays (up to 25 guests). Choose ONE service: Face Painting OR Balloons.
Deluxe Solo (3 Hours) — $450 Great for larger parties or detailed designs. Choose ONE service: Face Painting OR Balloons.
Classic Duo (2 Hours) — $650 Two Artists (1 Painter + 1 Balloon Twister) working simultaneously. Best for high-energy parties!
Deluxe Duo (3 Hours) — $900 Two Artists (1 Painter + 1 Balloon Twister) for 3 hours of non-stop fun.
Custom Event / School / Corporate If you need more than 3 hours or a multi-artist quote for a large crowd, message or text
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Venmo, Cash app, Checks, ACH (Zelle), and other secure payment options like Apple Pay.
There is a 3% processing fee for credit card and digital payments besides Apple Pay and Zelle.
Q: How many faces can you paint per hour?
A: We prioritize a "Magical Mirror Moment" for every guest! To ensure a high-quality, relaxed experience where every child feels seen and celebrated, we typically follow these estimates:
Detailed Art: 10–12 full faces per hour (Ideal for smaller parties).
Fast & Fun Art: 15–20 cheek/eye designs per hour (Best for larger crowds).
Why we don't "Speed Paint": While we work efficiently, we don't believe in rushing a child through the chair. Factors like a child’s comfort level, design choice, and the much-anticipated "mirror reveal" all play a part in the timing. To keep the magic alive and the line moving smoothly, we ask for your partnership in the following ways:
Be Ready: Please ensure faces are clean and snacks are finished before it’s their turn in the chair.
Supervision: A host or parent near the line helps manage expectations and keeps the "Artist Zone" calm.
Child Comfort: For safety and a positive experience, we will never force a child to be painted if they are distressed.
Pro-Tip: To avoid guest disappointment, we always recommend booking an extra 30 minutes if you are expecting a high turnout.
Q: What is your refund policy?
Rescheduling: Life happens! If you need to move your date, please notify us at least 7 days prior. We will do our best to transfer your deposit to a new available date within 6 months.
Weather Policy: We do not offer refunds for inclement weather. Please ensure a covered or indoor backup space is ready so the fun can continue regardless of the forecast!
Artist Guarantee: In the rare event of an artist emergency, we will work tirelessly to provide a qualified replacement. If one cannot be found, a full refund of your deposit will be issued immediately.
Q: what do you require to book the date and time of my event?
Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure your artist and date, a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required.
Completion of a Service Agreement via Google Forms (link to form will be sent once you decide to book with us)
